How do I reserve a rental car?
Please send us a request through the webform on our homepage. We will let you know within 1 business day if the car of your preference is available and send you a quotation. If you agree, just let us know by email of telephone and we will make the reservation and send you all the information you need to proceed.
Do I need to pay upfront for my reservation?
We only take a prepayment of 15% to secure the reservation. In case you arrive before 19.00h on Malaga Airport, then you can pay the remaining balance upon arrival.
Should you arrive after 19.00h, then we will need an authorisation to charge to your creditcard. We will not charge the balance until your arrival day (as a matter of fact, it is not necessary to send us the authorisation until one day before you arrive). If you prefer so, you may also send us a prepayment by bank transfer providing that the transfer reaches us before you arrive.
Can I arrive in the middle of the night at Malaga Airport and get my car?
Yes, but if you arrive after 19.00h, then we will leave the keys, contract and the information on where you can find your car at the desk of OMT, in the arrival hall of Malaga Airport (situated next to the information desk).
Who do I call when I have troubles with my car?
Once you reserve your car, we will provide you with the corresponding telephone numbers you can call in case of problems or accidents.
Would I have to pay insurance excess in case something happens to the car?
No, you don't have to pay any insurance excess. Our insurance includes 100% CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) which eliminates your own risk. Please do note that any costs or damage due due to client´s negligence is NOT covered. Examples are tow-away service, traffic fines, damages to tyres, rims, clutch and underneath of the vehicle, lost or broken keys and all costs involved, error of fuel and all costs involved
Where can you deliver the car?
The car can be delivered to Malaga Airport, Nerja or Torrox Costa. You may also drop-off the car there. Other places in the Malaga province may be considered. Please note that we don't deliver on any other airports in Spain. |
