How do I reserve a rental car?

Please send us a request through the webform on our homepage. We will let you know within 1 business day if the car of your preference is available and send you a quotation. If you agree, just let us know by email of telephone and we will make the reservation and send you all the information you need to proceed.

 

Do I need to pay upfront for my reservation?

We only take a prepayment of 20% to secure the reservation. You can pay the remaining balance upon arrival.

 

Can I arrive late at night at Malaga Airport and get my car?

Yes, but if you arrive after 21.00h or before 08.00h, we will charge an "out of office" supplement of 20 EUR per car.

 

Who do I call when I have troubles with my car?

Once you reserve your car, we will provide you with the corresponding telephone numbers you can call in case of problems or accidents.

 

Would I have to pay insurance excess in case something happens to the car?

No, you don't have to pay any insurance excess. Our insurance includes 100% CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) which eliminates your own risk. Please do note that any costs or damage due due to client´s negligence is NOT covered. Examples are tow-away service, traffic fines, lost or broken keys and all costs involved, error of fuel and all costs involved

 

Can you deliver the car somewhere else then at Malaga Airport.

Yes, the car can be delivered to Nerja, Frigiliana or Torrox Costa with a surcharge of 20 EUR. You may also drop-off the car there at the same price (one time charge). Other places in the Malaga province may be considered. Please note that we don't deliver on any other airports in Spain.
